Make your own sunprints and explore climate related issues Explore ideas and image making using cyanotype – an early form of photographic printing using prints that are blue. Come away with unique powerful prints incorporating words, portraits and nature. In February 2020, The South London Botanical Institute declared a Climate Emergency, this workshop will explore visual ways to express and share key issues surrounding themes related to this.

Discover the magic of early photography inspired by botanical heroines, artists and the wonders of nature with our Cyanotype workshop series.
Hosted by Zoë Burt, this workshop will explore the fascinating history of cyanotype. You’ll also learn how to make your own postcard prints inspired by nature.
The workshop fee includes a beginner’s cyanotype kit which will be posted out in advance of the session so there’s no need to worry about sourcing materials.
